Pumpkin Lactation Muffin Recipe
Main Ingredients
1 box spice cake mix
2 cups whole rolled oats
1 can 100% pure pumpkin, 15 oz.
2 tablespoons brewers yeast
2 tablespoons flax seed
Recipe Steps
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Lightly grease a 12 cup muffin pan.
Combine the cake mix, brewers yeast and flax seed in a large mixing bowl.
Add the pumpkin and stir until well combined.
Mix in the oats.
Spoon the mixture evenly into the muffin pan.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Additional Notes
Make sure you use 100% pure pumpkin and NOT pumpkin pie filling.
