The Starbucks “Pink Drink”
Ingredients:
1 cup of Starbucks Instant Berry Refresher
½ cup Tazo Iced Passion Tea
1 ½ c coconut milk*
Ice
5 freeze-dried strawberries
Directions:
In a shaker mix together all of the ingredients.
Shake vigorously for 1 minute.
Pour in a cup and top with sliced strawberries.
Lactation Drink Recipe #2
Body Armor Super Drink Made Healthy
(a lightened up version of the popular breastfeeding beverage, Body Armor)
Ingredients:
4oz Body Armor Super Drink
4oz Coconut Water*
Ice
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a shaker.
Shake vigorously for 1 minute
Pour into a glass and enjoy

Lactation Electrolyte Blast
Ingredients:
4oz 100% Juice of choice
4oz Coconut Water*
1/16 tsp. Himalayan Sea Salt
Ice
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a shaker.
Shake vigorously for 1 minute

Lactation Berry Boost Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk or soy milk
3/4 cup frozen blueberries (or mixed berries)*
1 banana
1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter*
¼ cup rolled oats*
1 teaspoon flax seeds*
1 handful of baby spinach*
1 tablespoon brewer's yeast*
A couple shakes of cinnamon*
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed for 1 minute.
Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Lactation Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk or soy milk
1 frozen banana
1 tablespoon brewer’s yeast*
1 teaspoon ground flaxseed*
1 Tablespoon rolled oats*
1 tablespoon peanut butter
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
pinch of ground cinnamon*
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed for 1 minute.
Pour into a mason jar and enjoy!
PRO-TIP:
You can turn ANY smoothie (or baked treat) into a lactation aid by adding some brewers yeast! Our favorite brand is this one because it doesn’t have a funky taste like most do.
