Free Printable Breastfeeding Log!

A breastfeeding log (or tracker) is a useful tool to use the first few weeks postpartum.

Tracking feeding and diaper changes will help you ensure your baby is getting enough to eat as they’re learning how to breastfeed.

It’s important to log breastfeeding until you and your health care provider are reassured that breastfeeding is going well and your baby is gaining weight well.

A breastfeeding log is also handy to have in case any problems arise so you can evaluate what’s going on.

We created a free breastfeeding log printable so you can easily track.  All you need is the paper and a pen or pencil!

Each sheet will track a whole week’s worth of breastfeeding and diaper changes.  Share the info with your baby’s health care provider at your baby’s next visit.
