How to secure the Haakaa in place using hair ties

First, grab 2 hair ties (or rubber bands).  Attach them together to create 2 loops connected in the middle like this:

Now that you have your hair ties connected…

The Haakaa Hair Tie Trick

Hook one loop over your nursing bra clasp and the other loop around the neck of your Haakaa flange.

This will create enough tension to keep your Haakaa in place so it’ll stay upright, no matter what karate kick action happens while your baby is nursing!

Haakaa Hair Tie PRO-TIP:

You can still wash it like normal and don’t need to take the bands off!
